Scripts: Decrease training expenses and time spent training new staff.  Under scheduling you can add your sales script for this particular inspection type.  Then the sales staff in the front office will have immediate access to it when selling this inspection type.  Knowing exactly what to say is crucial to convert more calls into sales.

Requests: Requested inspectors who are unavailable for an inspection are also tracked.  Requests can be used for motivational purposes whereby financial remuneration in the form of bonuses can be paid for requested inspectors.  This will have the effect of increasing the customer service provided in the field and reducing the liability overall as a result of improved customer service.  Payroll automatically calculates any kind of bonus.
