Start an Inspection Report:
The four ways to begin an inspection report using this software are as follows:
- To start and inspection from scratch; all data must be typed completely from start to finish.
- Starting an inspection from clean slate; the data that was collected from your office are automatically populated through an import function into the report you are about to complete.
- Using a pre-made template that you have built w/in the software; many of the standard construction details and comments are automatically populated before you begin the report.
- Using the pre-built templates w/in the template maker and importing the data collected in the office so that you are not re-typing the information that was already collected.

Copy and Edit Standard Comments:
There are many comments provided, that can be re-used with slight changes to represent a different location or condition. Once saved, it will become standard for every inspection.
Edit Standard Comments: There is a numbering system on the top right corner which also saves time; e.g. 50=Specific structures inspected 60=Structures on property not inspected.
Adding a WDO Photograph:
A WDO report can be built at the same time the regular inspection report is being conducted. WDO pictures must be labeled WDO so they will go into both reports but more importantly the WDO report.
Inspection Report Template:
You are able to set up different inspection reports as templates so you can repeatedly re-use the reports. Experience has shown that by using the pre-template reports, savings of up to 20-30 minutes are experienced…again saving time.
