Maintaining effective communication with the field is a constant challenge for most multi inspector companies. Most inspectors only find out the night before where they are going the following day. Sometime, the faxed schedule confirmations or emails go awry resulting with an upset realtor or client because the inspector failed to turn up.
With Virtual Inspector, we eliminate these headaches. We give field inspectors their own login and user functions. The objective is to make scheduling confirmations as easy as possible so that costly mistakes can be minimized.
From the inspector’s module, the inspectors’ schedule can be checked and accessed at any time. Sales staff no longer has to email or fax schedules and follow up with voicemail confirmations. Inspectors can block time off their schedule for personal functions, marketing or other appointments, making sure that the office does not schedule inspections for these times or dates.
Once inspections are completed, with one click, inspectors can upload inspection reports, which will automatically become available to the main company module, the main realtor module and scheduler module as well as send the client an automated email with a user name and password to access and download the inspection report online. Sales staff will no longer have to chase reports for filing or payment.
