I’m not at all good with computers, and I certainly don't know the first thing about building web pages...How am I supposed to "Build my own Site?”
If you can use a word processor, you can build your own site. We have implemented a great tool that will allow you to edit your website as if you were editing a letter in your favorite word processor. To try out our content editor, click here

It says I get a 10-page website. What if I want more pages?
You can buy more pages at $20 per/page, or if you wish to buy 20, 30, or 40 at a time, there are special packages at discounted rates. All rates are posted on the Web and pages can be purchased at any time.
Do I get my own .com, also known as a URL (ie. http://www.inspectorsmart.com/)?
Yes! When you register we will ask you for your top 4 choices of URL's and purchase the first one available. If you already have a URL, we will provide you with instructions on how to point that URL to our servers. It is the client’s responsibility to contact their service provider to redirect the site. We cannot do this as passwords and usernames are required to access those accounts.
Will I be able to upload my reports and securely store them? If so, how many do I get to upload?
Inspector Smart has a very easy form that will allow you, the inspector, to upload your reports and automatically have emails sent out that inform your clients and realtors that their report is ready to be viewed. You can upload 50 reports at one time and your client/realtor will have 30 days to view them until they are deleted.
What if I need to upload more then 50 reports in a day/month?
The $399 allows you to upload 50 reports. This figure is based on a single inspector company. Should you need to upload additional reports…work in progress
What types of reports are allowed to be uploaded?
Adobe PDF files and Microsoft Word Documents are allowed to be uploaded. If you have a different format, please email us and we will add that to our application so that you may upload your reports without any problems.
What if I am so lost that I need technical support. What kind of support is provided?
On all of our pages there is a "Support" button that you are able to use. Just fill out a support ticket and we will be back in touch with you as soon as possible. |
